Pe sistem… am zis

Nu stiu daca cei care compun  manelele s-au gandit la acest aspect atunci cand au lansat binecunoscuta expresie "Pe sistem".  Dar daca da, atunci cred ca ar trebui sa imi actualizez play-list-ul ca sa invat de la cei mai buni. Experienta m-a invatat ca tot ceea ce se intampla in viata noastra este "Pe Sistem" sau Sistemic. Adica tot ceea ce facem, este legat de mediul in care traim si mediul in care traim reflecta tot ceea ce  facem. Ne alegem relatiile, jobul, partenerul in functie de pattern-urile noastre predominante. Asta pentru ca alegem inconstient sa ramanem in zona de confort si  sa traim experiente care sa ne valideze pattern-urile. Daca ne-am schimba focusul de la continut (adica de la ceea ce facem )...

Networking for introverts

Semi-maratonul: exercitiu de business si dezvoltare personala

Experienta primului semi-maraton a fost - COMPLETA si Complexa. A fost o lectie de viata si business care mi-a oferit invataminte despre: perseverenta, rigoare, spirit de echipa, implicare, durere, ritm, strategie si depasirea barierelor. Desi nu a fost tot timpul usor, bucuria de a-mi  depasi LIMITELE si TARGETELE este cea mai mare recompensa. Am depasit toate limitele si targetele. Am strans 2360 de lei (target 2100) pentru Hospice Casa Sperantei. Am scos un timp mai bun decat planificasem - 2 ore si 8 minute, in loc de 2 ore si 15 minute. Mi-am convins doi prieteni sa participe alaturi de mine in Team Hospice si  le-a placut atat de tare incat vor alerga la  Iron Man Venice :))) Pot afirma cu tarie ca semi-maratonul este...

CONCURS- Doneaza pentru Hospice Casa Sperantei si castigi o bratara Fitbit!

21Kfor21lei - Campanie caritbaila si CONCURS  Fitbit si MCB Sunt de parere ca este datoria fiecaruia dintre noi sa contribuim in a-i sprijini pe cei care duc lupte  grele cu viata. Cand am primit invitatia de a ma alatura din nou echipei Team Hospice si de a alerga 21 de km la Semimaratonul Bucuresti, am zis DA inconstient:))   Nu m-am gandit niciun moment la lipsa timpului, desi cand conduci 2 business-uri si ai si un job full time timpul liber nu e foarte mult. Dar  este cu siguranta mai mult decat timpul pe care il au pacientii Hospice Casa Sperantei! So case solved!  Asa ca, l-am sunat pe Florin Munteanu,  antrenorul meu de alergare, am mai cooptat un prieten (l-am fortat la inceput:)) si ne-am...
